Matthias Soberon says…
“Back in Belgium after a fantastic trip to Mallorca. My wife and I got married in April, but postponed our honeymoon so we could spend more than just a couple of days relaxing. And what a time we had! For the first time in 2 years I finally had the idea I could ‘let it all go’. With nothing on my mind but my wife and where the hardest struggle of the day was choosing what to eat from a buffet and what sunbed to pick to have both shade and sunshine 🤷.
Now it’s time to get back in the saddle, but luckily I’ve still got some awesome opportunities coming up: with trips to France and Spain happening still in August. One drink I created before my trip was this ‘White Flower’ – a playful combination of Elderflower and Coconut. The latter chosen because the Gorse Flower in this gin has a distinctive coconut scent to them, something fellow Belgian Mixologist @broccoliciousblog reminded me off when she saw my previous post with @bluebottlegin. And what a combination it was. Drinkstagram, have a beautiful day!”
